The arrangement provides a stronger foundation for Pohjan Voima to develop energy projects. The company’s operations will remain unchanged.
The ownership of Pohjan Voima’s Swedish main owner Arisewill be transferred to the Norwegian Aneo Group. Aneo is an industrial company focused on the production and development of renewable energy, with wind and hydropower projects in Norway, Sweden, and Finland. The change will not affect Pohjan Voima’s operations.
