FEET ON THE GROUND. SENSIBLY.

We will do our part to ensure Finland’s clean energy transition is implemented in the most sensible way possible. We have the experience and expertise for this. We are not afraid of challenges, and we do not overpromise.

No energy source is harmless or completely emission-free. However, emissions from the manufacture, construction, operation, and dismantling of wind and solar power plants are low relative to the electricity they generate over their lifetimes. Onshore wind power is the most affordable way to produce electricity. Solar parks often provide electricity when wind generation declines. Energy storage systems, in turn, balance the differences between electricity production and consumption in the transmission grid.

Data centres are the backbone of the digital society. Without them, there would be no online stores, video meetings, or streaming services. Thanks to its cool climate and clean electricity, Finland is an excellent place for data centres.

To succeed, we must:

  1. Engage in constructive cooperation with local people, businesses, and municipalities, and genuinely listen to everyone’s views.
  2. Design projects that are sensible and sustainable from both economic and environmental perspectives.
  3. Execute the work persistently and diligently, and employ local people and businesses whenever possible.

Maximising the benefits for the local economy.

Our strength lies in the comprehensive execution of projects and our understanding of Finnish society. We minimise downsides and maximise benefits for local people. We answer calls and listen. We care, improve and create new jobs. We bring next-generation technology as a source of vitality to villages, cities and regions.

PLANNING

We map areas and analyse their suitability for energy and data centre projects. We negotiate with landowners, residents and municipal decision-makers. We handle planning, permitting and network connections.

IMPLEMENTATION

We arrange financing for projects and, when necessary, select equipment suppliers and construction contractors. We begin preparing the production phase of the power plants.

PRODUCTION

We manage the monitoring and control of energy production. We manage the maintenance of energy parks. We develop our operations every day of the year.
